EY is now looking for a student assistant for our Communications and Marketing department BMC based in Stockholm. In this role, you will primarily work in our social media team, where you will play a central role in planning, creating, and following up on content in our channels – mainly on LinkedIn and Instagram. You will work closely with the business and build a broad internal network to capture news, activities, and stories that can become relevant and engaging communication.

You will be part of a Nordic team of over 80 people and work part-time approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility in consultation with your team.

Qualifications for the position

• You have at least one year left in your studies at a college, university, or equivalent in communication, marketing, PR, or a similar field

Preferred qualifications

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating

• You are a good writer and can tailor your communication to different audiences

• You have some experience in stakeholder management, e.g., coordinating with various stakeholders or managing expectations in projects

As a person, you are

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in social media who is comfortable creating content for both LinkedIn and Instagram, including basic editing. You enjoy working creatively and finding new ways to highlight our business, but you are equally comfortable following up on statistics and analyzing how content performs. It comes naturally to you to see connections between content and numbers, and you are eager to use insights to develop ideas, improve formats, and contribute to the growth of our channels.
